All shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS and are trackable via the Internet.
All hardware products are backed by a one year warranty. Product replacements will be sent worldwide free. You will have to pay for the return shipping to us.
All software products include free lifetime upgrades.
Credit card refunds will be given within five business days after returned products have been received at our product return center.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested via the ContactUs form before returning products.
We do not accept returns of non-defective hardware products later than seven days after delivery to the customer.
Our privacy policy is that no personal, credit card or other information will be shared to a 3rd party.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards as well as PayPal payments via our online shopping cart.
Note that some credit card companies may charge additional fees when you pay via credit card. Examples of such fees are foreign transaction fee, currency conversion fee etc. Please refer to your credit card agreement.
Note that PayPal may charge additional transaction fees when paying via PayPal. Please refer to your PayPal agreement.
Orders are normally shipped out the same day as we receive your order. If you order late in the day we may not meet the UPS/FedEx cut-off time. In this case, your order will ship out the next day.
