Version 3.6 added the Packet Capture Pause/Resume feature. When clicking 'Pause', no Packets will be captured by the 1480A hardware. All other Bus Events are captured. This allows you to not capture uninteresting data which may only fill up the capture file. This also avoids FIFO overruns since large bandwidth transfers before the traffic you are interested in can be thrown away.

Once you want to resume Packet Capture, click the 'Resume' button. This restores normal data capture. Pause/Resume can be done as many times as needed within a capture session. The Node Finder will make it easy to find all Capture Pause/Resume locations.
